Andrew Turns 4!

Celebrated a special boy's 4th birthday w/ wonderful family.  Andrew has grown up so fast and we had a great time celebrating and playing Mario.  The Mario cup cakes were the best and one can never get used to watching a 4 yr old tear into birthday gifts with shear abandonment.  Time seems to pass us by.  Need to stop and take it all in more often.

Special weekend visitor

We had a special sleep over this weekend with "baby Braden" as Ana refer's to him.  Got the taste of 3 little ones to cart around and settle in for the night. He was a perfect angel and Ana was in true heaven.  I don't know where the time has gone, just yesterday he was this brand new peanut and now he's rockin and rollin. 

Pampered Piggies

Ana got treated to her first real piggy painting this week.  Not a true pedicure but she didn't mind.  We both had to have the same color according to Ana and I was a bit nervous initially but she had pretty good taste.  Only wish my feet looked as nice as her's.  It was lots of fun.

Additions to our family

After months and months of fish dying, we decided to convert the fish tank into a hermit crab tank. Best decision I have made in years for the fact I was the only one who cleaned the tank.  The kids are enjoying their new pets, wishing they could stay up all night to see them actually come to life but still enjoying them.  Pretty much maintenance free and simple.  Just the way I like it. Ana's is a little shy and Gabriel's scampers all over when he is out.

My sou chef

Ana enjoys helping in the kitchen whenever she can.  Meatloaf was the meal of choice this night and Ana throughly enjoyed every ingredient she got to add. 

Easter Egg Dying

We spend the evening w/ a great friend dying Easter Eggs. April had never done easter eggs before so the kids and April alike got to play.  Thanks for a great time April

Bruiser

Gabriel had his first run in w/ the pavement yesterday. Far worse than we expected following the call from the school nurse. He has a fat lip and a chipped tooth but none the worse for ware.  Kinda cute to see real boy scrapes on him.  Only a mother could love
